5This isn't a game you can beat in 2 hours  Sep 05, 2010
This is definitely one of the best third person games I've played so far. It takes a lot of thinking though. I'm using the online game guide right now because I can't beat some of the mazes/bosses. This game is funny, thoughtful, sad, and all in all - awesome. I would recommend buying it. Buy the guide or just use the online guide at IGN if you're stuck, enough said.

2Made for button mashers  Aug 27, 2010
this game was fun for about 30 minutes plus its wierd as "hell". pun intended. wouldnt recomend to anyone exept some wierd emo kid

3okay game  Aug 19, 2010
The game seems fun at first but is pretty much a button masher. I got bored of it some 4 hours in and just gave up on finishing it. It's a typical button masher, the presentation is done very well and the graphics are pretty good; it just lacks fun gameplay. Rent this one.

4Great game, enough with the flaming  Aug 04, 2010
I have played this game and I do like it. I am tired of people however flaming this game as a rip off of God of War.
I have played both and see little simalarity. Yes both have hell in them, yes they both have button sequences, big deal. Dante's Inferno is about a man during the crusade who goes into hell to save his loved one from eternal damnation. God of War is about a man who sells his soul to Ares but then after killing his wife and child goes on a quest of revenge to destroy Ares and then onto the rest of Olympus.
Wow they both have puzzles, so
They both have hell, big deal.
If the story line is similar to you, Dante's story was made hundreds of years ago. And besides Dante's Inferno came out before GoW3 did.
I give Dantes Inferno 4 out of 5
I give the trolls a -4 out of 5

4Very good game.... could have been longer  Jul 30, 2010
I finished playing it and honestly it is fun to play. I love the game Darksiders, hence decided to play this assuming it is similar to it. but to my surprise this is less challenging than that. The graphics are amazing.

pros: Graphics, new enemies, some puzzles, nice moves
Cons: boss battles could have been tougher, the game play could have been longer, no new enemies in the final stages

You might like it, go rent it or buy it

Have fun gaming dudes :)

Cheers
Kiran
